Rob is a qualified EQF level 4 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition), and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in strength and conditioning at Setanta College.
Rob has worked in the fitness industry for over three years and is constantly seeking to learn and further his education, with plans to undertake multiple courses in the future.
He has had a huge passion for fitness since he was young, playing many sports such as rugby and GAA. Rob initially got into weight training to lose weight, as he was overweight as a child, and secondly to improve his performance on the pitch.
