How do I register for The Edge: Clontarf Online Personal Training?

It couldn’t be easier to register for The Edge: Clontarf Online Personal Training. Simply click on the link  here to register for your preferred Online Personal Training package and we will follow with a short questionnaire to assess your needs, preferences and goals to build your personal program.

Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your Online Personal Training program to allow us to personalize your nutrition and exercise program.

The questionnaire includes questions on:

  • Current nutritional habits
  • Sleep patterns
  • Training history
  • Medical history
  • Level of commitment
  • Time frame for your goals

 

Choosing your Online Training Plan

Once you have chosen your preferred Online Training Plan and filled out our questionnaire, your Online Trainer will contact you and direct you through each aspect of your plan via email.

This easy-to-use system ensures we will provide you with all the information you need to help you reach your goals.

Next, we will send you a login for our Member Area, where you can avail of articles and videos that will guide you through your new healthier path and constantly keep you motivated and challenged.

6 Week Training Plan

Includes:

  • Members access – articles, exercise tutorials and nutritional gems.
  • A specific nutritional layout, tailored to your needs, including your macronutrient goals (how much protein, fats and carbs) to add to your diet.
  • Supplement guidelines and recommendations- what has been scientifically proven to work and what will work for you.
  • 6 weeks of tailored training programs suiting your training experience and goals.
  • Accountability and motivation from your Online Trainer
  • Structuring cheat meals into your plan
  • Support and feedback via email

12 Week Training Plan

  • Member access- Articles and videos including exercise (how to do) and nutritional gems.
  • A specific nutritional layout, tailored to your needs, including your macronutrient goals (how much protein, fats and carbs) to add to your diet.
  • Supplement guidelines and recommendations- what has been scientifically proven to work and what will work for you.
  • 12 weeks of tailored training adapted to your training experience and goals. With 12 weeks training you can work up to 3 training program cycles, focusing on constant progression throughout your training cycle.
  • Accountability and motivation from your Online Trainer
  • Structuring cheat meals into your plan
  • Support and feedback via email
